From humble beginnings…
Like many funeral directors today, our company founders were concerned about the fair and proper representation of preneed sales in their communities and the long-term effects of preneed on their businesses. In 1977, they decided to do something about it.
Our board is made up primarily of funeral professionals
Because our company was founded by funeral directors to serve funeral directors, our board of directors at Funeral Directors Life is still made up primarily of funeral directors and funeral home owners.
Founded on Christian principles
At Funeral Directors Life, our mission is to be known as “the best, most-respected provider of service to the funeral industry.” Our mission was born out of a desire to serve others and operate according to Christian principles such as leadership through service, integrity, and respect for others.
