To acquire recertification, DIG’s employees completed an anonymous survey ranking the company’s workplace culture, leadership, benefits, and other factors. This survey feedback, combined with Great Place To Work’s extensive data-driven methodology, confirmed that DIG earned this achievement. The results revealed that 95% of employees said DIG is a great place to work, compared to 57% at an average U.S. company.
