Before joining FDL, Andy worked as a consultant for Ohlson Group and spent 10 years with T&T Annuity Marketing. He then founded Turner Financial in 2020 and has been involved with training or recruiting more than 4,000 agents over the last 20 years.

Andy earned a degree in business management from Indiana University East and holds a life insurance license certification. He also serves as the Board Chair for Meals on Wheels in Greenfield, IN, where he enjoys collaborating, assessing, and participating in local events to build relationships with the organization and its community.

Andy is excited about using his sales management talents and experience to positively impact Indiana funeral homes.
