ABILENE, TX – Funeral Directors Life is proud to announce the launch of the most advanced preneed app in the industry, “FDLIC Online,” now available in the Apple Store for iOS devices and on Google Play for Android devices. 

“This newly updated app is making it easier than ever to have your preneed business information at your fingertips,” said Kyle Swearingen, VP of Development at Funeral Directors Life. “Our iOS app now offers new functionality to make your life easier, including updates to our rate calculator, built-in policy look up, links to view documents, and access to our robust FDLIC Online Access portal with reporting, CLAIMCHECK integration for life insurance assignments, and so much more. We are also launching our first-ever Android app, so all of our customers can access this great tool.” 

The new updated app also includes added security features to ensure policyholders’ sensitive information is kept safe. 

“We have strengthened security and password requirements to keep our policyholder information safe and secure,” Kyle said. “This is part of our ongoing initiative to maintain the highest level of security across all of our platforms.”  

Policyholders are also able to use the app to log into their account and access their policy information, see payment due dates, check balances, and make contact information changes, and even view their contract documents. Sales professionals can view policies sold, lapses, cancellations, and access reporting for an at-a-glance view of their preneed volume production.
