Attractive Benefits Package

FDLIC provides its employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Company-paid health insurance, a 401(k) match, and life insurance and much more. Also included in our benefits is a health and wellness exercise center that employees can benefit from during breaks or before or after work hours. The HOPE Program (Helping Our People Excel)

The HOPE Program was established to assist employees that may be having financial or personal problems. Through the HOPE Program, we desire to help our employees get through tough times, relieve some stress, and improve their personal, spiritual, family, and work lives. The program has successfully helped several of our employees and their families make it through some very difficult times.

In-House Seminars

FDLIC also sponsors voluntary in-house seminars and book studies to assist employees with various areas of their personal lives. Topics of study might range from personal finances, to finding our purpose in life, to discovering new ways to interact with our children.



Employee Luncheons

Employee luncheons are hosted regularly to provide a fun and relaxing break from routine. We are also able to promote and encourage open communication, deliver announcements and updates, present our performance plus awards to one another, and simply enjoy each others' company. These luncheons have helped us achieve a close-knit, family-like environment, thus promoting an atmosphere of trust.

Principles of Performance

As a Company, we stress the importance of encouraging one another to become better employees and co-workers every day. Our "Principles of Performance" are a written set of standards and expectations given to all employees. These "Principles of Performance" have helped us define and establish our special and unique work environment. Through emphasizing our core principles from the beginning of our employment relationships, we have successfully reduced turnover, maintained high morale, and even maintained relationships when employment separation was necessary.

Performance Plus Awards

Each year, every home office employee has the opportunity to give a bonus to any other employee that they feel deserves a bonus for doing great work or for working toward the achievement of any of our strategic objectives. The employee can present one $100 bonus or two $50 bonuses each year.
