      <description>FDLIC is proud to announce the addition of Mike Frock as Director of Sales Development (DSD) for Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.   &#xD;
&#xD;
"We are very pleased to have Mike join us on the management team," said Kris Seale, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Mike has an excellent track record with our company as a preneed sales representative, and we look forward to seeing what he will accomplish with us as DSD."&#xD;
&#xD;
For over 15 years, Mike has worked in the funeral service profession, specializing in preneed, with 10 years of experience as a licensed funeral director. &#xD;
&#xD;
"We are very pleased to have Mike join us in this new capacity with the company," stated Shaun Gaffney, FDLIC's Regional Sales Vice President for the East Coast. "Mike brings a wealth of experience to the table. He exemplifies integrity and professionalism in his day-to-day work. As a licensed funeral director, he understands the complexities of the preneed industries and the overall challenges faced by funeral home owners in an ever changing marketplace." &#xD;

Mike graduated with his Bachelor's degree from York College in Pennsylvania, and later received his Associate's degree in Mortuary Science from Community College of Baltimore County.</description>
