Performance Plus Awards

FDLIC's Performance Plus program is a special employee bonus program designed to give employees the opportunity to recognize their fellow co-workers for outstanding performance. Each year, every home office employee has the opportunity to give a bonus of $100 to one co-worker or two $50 bonuses to two co-workers. The award is in recognition of significant accomplishments: for going above and beyond the normal scope of the job, for having an impact through innovative ideas, leadership, efficiency, or completion of a project, or for continued outstanding performance.
Performance Plus Awards were presented during our employee luncheons on July 1, August 19, and September 30, 2011.
