FDLIC Names Allen Wilson eLearning Development Specialist

FDLIC is proud to announce the addition of Allen Wilson as eLearning Development Specialist.
"We are excited about developing new and innovative training solutions at FDLIC," said Kris Seale, FDLIC President & CEO. "Allen's experience in creating online learning tools will help us build the best, most-respected training department for our clients, sales professionals, management team, and home office staff."
"Allen will enable us to offer more training programs to more people in a cost-effective and convenient manner," said Terri Bannister, FDLIC's Director of Training. "Having online solutions will greatly expand our options for new learning opportunities! Allen will be working closely with us to roll out a wide range of new training initiatives. We are excited about the depth of technical experience and the fresh perspective Allen brings to our training team."
Allen recently retired from the Air Force. He served as a Lt. Colonel who was responsible for implementing the online learning program for the B-1 bomber. He is a decorated veteran who offered his talents to our country for 20 years. Allen lives in Abilene, TX with his wife, Chris and their twin daughters, Emma and Madalyn.
"I am excited to get the opportunity to join the private sector in a Christian organization with such a tremendous reputation," said Allen. "I hope that I will be able to bring a unique perspective to training that will have a positive impact on the overall success of FDLIC."
